Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic-minded, hands-on manager to join our team to own our inventory processes and controls. The Inventory Manager will be a critical member of the team that will help drive positive change for our inventory processes. This position will be responsible for managing our incoming inventory including brokerage and entering items into our point of sale system, coordinating and performing rolling counts, and leading the physical inventory performed at the site in conjunction with Management Team.
This position will also play a key role in in the development of inventory reports and strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce variances.
The time for this position will be primarily based in the office with the potential for some time on the sales floor. As this position evolves we will have a better understanding of the time commitments.
A successful inventory manager is a trustworthy professional with outstanding record-keeping and analytical abilities. The chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about fishing and involved in the fishing community and lifestyle. You have previous inventory control experience in a retail environment along with a knowledge of the products we order and sell. That said we are willing to work with the right candidate that might be newer to our industry, with the expectation that you will learn our industry and products quickly.

Job Overview:
Our retail sales associates are responsible for providing an unparalleled shopping experience by delivering legendary customer service and exceptional product knowledge to every customer. We are looking for a self-motivated team player with previous retail or related customer service experience and a passion for fishing to join our team.
On a daily basis you will be required to interact with the public, greeting every person that walks through the door with respect and professionalism. Being downtown, we get a wide variety of locals and tourists with a wide range of fishing knowledge. You need to be able to adapt to a variety of personalities and hold conversations with customers and be able to convert those conversations into retail sales. You will need to give accurate reports about fishing and be able to recommend retail products that will enhance the customer’s experience on the water or otherwise.
As noted above the ideal candidate should be passionate about fishing and involved in the fishing community and lifestyle. You have previous retail/customer service experience, have a friendly and outgoing personality, be reliable and responsible and possess the willingness to work. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays. A strong knowledge of our local fisheries is ideal, but we are willing to work with the right candidate that might be newer to our fisheries, with the expectation that you will learn our local waters quickly.
