INTRODUCTION TO FLY FISHING
This course is designed to give the new fly fisher the basic knowledge, casting skills and fly fishing strategies to effectively fish our local waters. This course is comprised of two sessions: a 3hr evening seminar and a 3hr casting session.

MASTERING LOCAL SALTWATER SALMON FISHING
Over 50 million salmon migrate past Vancouver annually. Learn how to catch these fish with Pacific Angler. This course offers an in-depth look at the local saltwater scene. We cover the local saltwater salmon fishing for the entire year, showing you the how, when, and where. The course includes a 3hr evening seminar and a full guided day on the water in our 27ft Grady White.

FALL SALMON RIVER FISHING: FLOATS, SPINNERS & SPOONS
This course is comprised of two sessions and will give you an in-depth look at how to catch fall salmon. The second session will be a guided day out on the water putting the theory into practice.

COHO ON THE FLY IN THE LOWER MAINLAND
Fly fishing for coho in rivers is one of the most challenging yet rewarding fisheries in the Lower Mainland. Your instructor will teach you the techniques and strategies used to fish effectively for these acrobatic fish. You will then put theory into practice during a day on the water featuring demonstrations and person-to-person instruction.

TYING FALL SALMON FLY PATTERNS
Join Pacific Angler for a night of tying flies specific to catching salmon in our coastal rivers. Your instructor for the night will walk you through each fly step-by-step, as you follow. A full material list will be supplied before the course. These materials will be offered at a 10% discount for the duration of the course. This course is suitable to fly tiers with a basic knowledge.

INTRUDER NIGHT WITH DIMITRI
The Original Intruder Fly Tying Demo Night is back! Often imitated but never duplicated, our original intruder fly tying course is back once again. Dimitri will be demonstrating the techniques he uses to tie this effective pattern. Dimtri will show you how to use Rhea, Ostrich, Amherst, Polar Bear, and the latest materials to make intruders that no steelhead or salmon can resist. This is a step-by-step course. A material list will be included. Each student is entitled to a 10% discount for the duration of the course.
