Hip bags have become an essential part of every steelheaders gear, especially when using a double handed rod. The reason why hip bags have become so popular is that it keeps all of your gear away from your chest, giving the angler more room to cast. This is the perfect hip bag for the steelheader who likes to wade up to his/her chest, loves fishing through cold and wet days and likes to take a couple spools of Maxima and a box of flies for the day.
