What’s New Wednesday, “Simms Packs & Hip Bags”

It’s just about Christmas!  If you are the fishermen that has it all and can’t think of anything to put on your wish list then check out these Simms packs and hip bags that we just received.

Hip bags have become an essential part of every steelheaders gear, especially when using a double handed rod.  The reason why hip bags have become so popular is that it keeps all of your gear away from your chest, giving the angler more room to cast.  Also, when you need some gear you can easily reach into the hip bag, which is conveniently compartmentalized to keep everything organized.  I myself got frustrated with keeping everything in my backpack.  Every time I needed something I would have to get out of the river, take off my backpack and then root through my bag to find what I needed.

Check out all of the hip bags and backpacks below with a detailed description.  Drop by Pacific Angler, Vancouver’s premier tackle store, at 78 East Broadway to check them out.
